After having a car I wanted to look at transferred to the auburn location for more convenient viewing, I unfortunately realized it was a smokers car. I was pretty upset because it was perfect otherwise. Steven offered to have the vehicle professionally cleaned and then drove an hour himself after work to bring the car to me so that I could smell it again. I was blown away. Our first vehicle buying experience! Me and my husband decided we wanted a new vehicle so we started looking online. So we found a couple that we liked. When we called to see if we could schedule a time to come look they put me through to a lady named Robin. She said why don’t you and your husband just come up so we can talk. Okay so that’s what we did. Figuring out that buying your first vehicle isn’t as fun as you would think. Us being first time buyers we wasn’t able to get much for the vehicles we was interested in. So she did what she does best and found one we both agreed on. So we went to look at it in person and give it a test drive. We instantly fell in love with it. But we noticed a little rust on the back bumper. We brought our concerns to her about the bumper and without hesitation or questions she said we can fix it. So when we left she said let me know what day works best for you guys so we can fix that bumper. We texted back and forth her answer in minutes we made an appointment and the next day it was done! I can say what started out to be a stressful first time buying experience turned into an amazing experience and I would recommend Robin and her team to anyone! They all went above and beyond! More
