Too many places today are simply counting on the volume of bodies that walk through the door and so as an individual, you don't matter much, but that is far from the case here where you are treated with respect and courtesy. Fast, Effective Communication, Great Service & Intuition I contacted the dealership via the website and later submitted an application. I never thought I would get approved for a loan due to previous credit I contacted the dealership via the website and later submitted an application. I never thought I would get approved for a loan due to previous credit issues. I was able to get financing and was promptly notified that the dealership was ready to meet with me. I gave a few details about my interest in a vehicle, mostly must haves (AWD or 4WD, space inside as I'm a big guy) and bluetooth would be nice for hands free calls. NO other details were given. I like Dodge, don't know why just always have. I walked in for my appointment at 4:15PM, Matt was the first person I met (I had already communicated with him via phone, text & email). Felt welcomed and he was ready. Had all my paperwork and ideas already to go. (I don't like wasting peoples time so I feel my time is also valuable.) He shared that he had a Dodge Nitro on the lot and asked if I wanted to see it. It had everything I wanted and more! After a short test drive I told him "I'll take that one"! After taking care of the paperwork I asked if he could follow me so that I could drop my car elsewhere. He said absolutely and helped without any hesitation.
