In fact, I teased her about what kind of salesperson she was when she countered one of my arguments for getting done with my 12-year-old car. She bent over backward to find me the right car, going so far as to deliver one to my apartment for me to test drive over the weekend. She had or found answers for all my questions and made the process as simple and painless as possible. And she got me an incredible interest rate on my loan! Would I buy from her again? Yes! Robin was Awesome!!! When she sat us down and asked what we were looking for, she nailed it. She went thru the extensive list of Lee's vehicles and narrowed it down to 4 possibles and with just a few minut we were looking for, she nailed it. She then got both to the showroom and before the day was out we were in a new vehicle. We noticed a few items that weren't quite right and she had then corrected quickly and accurately. And even after we drove it off the lot and found two other very minor details, they were quickly corrected and we were on our way. We would gladly return to Lee and Robin for our next vehicle. We found ourselves in need of a good used vehicle. While searching the web I came upon your website, searched through the inventory and decided to apply for financing. We had a chat over what we were looking for, the price range etc. Jim came back with a listing of vehicles that fit the parameters and took us for a tour. We found a very nice 2010 Honda, took it for a ride and were quite pleased with it. Back inside Jim went through all the rest of the process, presented us a great deal which we accepted. We happily took the car home. Since we didn't have our trade in with us or any of the papers or mileage needed, Jim stopped by our home to get it. We brought the trade in to the dealership the next morning, finished the paperwork and were very satisfied new owners of a 2010 Honda Civic. All of the employees were very pleasant, cheerful and seemed more than ready to make our experience a great one.
