This is the second vehicle I have purchased through Jeff at Lee Credit. After our initial purchase in 2018, Jeff has continued to reach out to us over the past 2+ years. Because of his faithful efforts to stay in touch, I chose to contact him when the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle arose. When I told him what I was looking for (specifically a GMC Acadia) he immediately began looking into options for me. Jeff is quite the salesman 😁 however, he actually took the time to listen to me. Since my son's kidney transplant in March, I need to continue focusing my attention on his needs post-op, and that of my family's, as well as working full-time. Spending time hunting for a vehicle is not something I wanted to do. So Jeff did all of the work for me! He listened to my needs, including all leather interior for easy cleaning (kids!) and a rear seat entertainment system... AND HE PULLED IT OFF.. Everything I asked for and more! He even managed to pull some strings to get my vehicle ready for me to take home, as soon as possible, without having to make multiple trips to the dealership. All I had to do was test drive (however eagerly- sorry Jeff! 😄), and with my son's approval of course, then sign the paperwork. I will also mention that he managed to even help me find an insurance package that is going to save me $1100/year (he doesnt know this yet), and I REALLY did not want to listen or be "sold" to. Welllll, I am glad I did. I will be reaching out to change my insurance coverage today, as well. Beyond happy with all of the help from Jeff, and he knows we will be reaching out for the next one.
