I would recommend with the understanding that the dealership is more expensive than a local mechanic and found that the communication was not very good. I dropped my Pathfinder off at 9:00 AM for a recall issue & other issues, but didn't hear anything (except for a text message) that there were other things suggested needing to be done. After my husband and I discussed it, we decided on 1 of the many items listed. I okayed it at 11:00 AM. When I hadn't heard anything by 1:30 PM, I sent a text, then called, only to be told the Service Agent was at lunch, and no one else knew when my vehicle would be ready. I was contacted 30 minutes later that the vehicle was ready. After another 30 minutes, I made my way back to pick up my vehicle, only to discover NONE of the paperwork had been finished. I had to wait another 15 minutes for that to be accomplished before I could pay & leave. More
