Brand new Maxima I was very hesitant about coming into the dealership to negotiate the price of the brand new maxima that I was interested in. Luckily I got to talk to Cole and his friendliness and professionalism made the experience better than I expected. He understood that I had done my research and I wanted to come to a good deal, taking advantage of as many of the incentives as possible and with minimal back and forth. He definitely delivered. Later I talked to Doug Anderson about financing and he made everything a breeze. No uncomfortable pressure to add extended warranties but he made sure we understood all the available packages and was very knowledgeable. Thank you both for the great service. I knew the used car I wanted and they were there waiting for me when I arrive My experience with Lee Nissan was the best I ever had with a dealership. I knew the used car I wanted and they were there waiting for me when I arrived. The used sales manager, Mark Anthony guided me to the right person for the sale of my car. Cole was excellent to work with. Great test drive experience and he made sure I checked everything out on the inside and outside of the vehicle that I wanted to. I went in with a pal from efcu and Jeremy and Cole were able to work a work a price out for me so that I could get the car I wanted, at the APR I wanted and the price I wanted. I work night shift so I was only able to come in the early evening but they stayed late and got me out of there so I could ride my new car home and Cole was so kind as to drop my other car off at my house the next day. The car was detailed and had that new car smell when I took it home. VERY happy with my new (used) car and my experience with Lee Nissan. My husband will definitely be coming by when he's ready for a new car as well. Thank you! More
