Excellent buying experience at Lee Nissan. I was looking for a 2017 Nissan Rogue. While searching the internet I found the vehicle that I was looking for at Lee Nissan in Ft Walton Bch. I enter I was looking for a 2017 Nissan Rogue. While searching the internet I found the vehicle that I was looking for at Lee Nissan in Ft Walton Bch. I entered the information needed on the website and shortly received a phone call from Samone. She was very helpful and had answers to the questions that I had. She set me up with an appointment for the next day. Upon arrival at the dealership the next day I was greeted by a Sales Rep named Keith Travis. After our greeting he took me in to meet a Sales Manager. As it turned out Keith was the sales person who would be helping me with my purchase. I have never experienced the type of professionalism and knowledge that Keith showed during the process of purchasing a vehicle. He was very thorough in all aspects of the purchase. There was no sales pressure or persuasive actions from Keith or anyone else during my purchase. It was a "10" buying experience thanks to Keith Travis. I will highly recommend him and the dealership to anybody I have the opportunity to do so. Again "Hats Off" to an outstanding car salesman who made it great vehicle purchasing experience. I had narrowed my search down to three cars from different makes after doing some research, which included the Nissan Rogue. I had appointments to test drive at three different dealerships, but could not buy until I had the official word from my insurance company. After a long day of very hard selling car dealers, my fiancé and I arrived at Lee Nissan. We were VERY pleasantly surprised that we were able to test drive the car and talk numbers in a low pressure environment! I was very impressed that Brian was completely understanding about the situation of having to wait to hear from the insurance company about the status of my old car.
