Our only recommendation to the team and staff would be to find a way to expedite the finalization of paperwork, financial documents, and terms agreements. We spent over 8 hours at the dealership which I feel some may seem excessive although it didn’t bother us. I would recommend Mark to anyone that doesn’t like to be pushed into a sale. He let me and my family find the car that worked for us rather than forcing options at us which ultimately resulted in us purchasing through him. I bought the vehicle, Ed and Steven were decent folk. Ed and the Finance dude were easy to deal with, and seemed really nice..
