His laid back approach to selling was refreshing and truly made us feel at home. Questions were answered. Tons of information given. Incredible incentives were applied. Trade in credit was good. Everyone at the dealership from the Service Department (which we toured with Keith) to the Finance Department (Joel Rainer) seemed to truly enjoy working at Lee. Overall experience was top notch! Will most definitely recommend Keith and Lee Nissan to our friends and relatives (which our daughter and son-in- law had bought a car from this dealership in 2016). Great experience. More

Peaceful vehicle buying experience! Normally I expect to be very stressed in a car/truck buying process. Not so today. AJ, very pleasant, showed me the truck I wanted to see, didn't tr Normally I expect to be very stressed in a car/truck buying process. Not so today. AJ, very pleasant, showed me the truck I wanted to see, didn't try to steer me towards anything else. He put my truck's info into the Kelly Blue Book trade-in value app. He then had the appraiser verify the information and value. AJ then took the package to the Sales Manager for approval. Their truck was priced at a little over $600 more than Car-Fax; the Topper is worth more than that, so price was good with me. Trade-in offer was substantially more than what FWB Dodge had offered me 2 weeks ago, so the numbers were all reasonable to me. Financing was quick and easy and I did even have to "Give Blood or 1st born child" All in all everything was done quick, professionally, and without anybody's blood pressure rising.
