Very pleased!! I had a specific vehicle in mind for future purchase. Using their website I found exactly what I was looking for. We have always purchased from anot I had a specific vehicle in mind for future purchase. Using their website I found exactly what I was looking for. We have always purchased from another local dealer BUT was drawn in because of the "Million Mile Warranty ". Tasha communicated with me through email and answered any questions I had. When I was ready she set up an appointment with a used salesman, Robert Smith. When my husband and I arrived we were greeted by all. The vehicle that we were interested in was pulled to the front and ready for a test drive. Throughout the test drive the weather got bad and it started raining so when we got back to the dealership Robert was there waiting for us with an umbrella. Robert was an awesome salesman. Very personable but not the pushy type. My husband and I decided to go to lunch and think about the purchase. We were offered to take the vehicle to lunch but politely declined. After lunch we decided this was the car we wanted and definitely the dealership to purchase from. Robert lead us Junior. He made the "numbers" process very comfortable. As we made our way over to the finance department to the new car sales building we were greeted with a "congratulations" by everyone we passed. First we were given a tour of the service department and set up with our first future oil change appointment. We finished the buying process with Steven in finance. He was very energetic and informative and made all that signing of paperwork fun. I would definitely recommend the dealership and staff to others. More
