Heath was great, Jose the finance guy was good until we went back to take off some things that we decided we didn’t need… like financing oil changes, etc… totally different demeanor. I felt like he was pissed because we changed our mind, I understand it takes money of of his pocket, but because of him I will never purchase another vehicle from this dealer. If Heath goes somewhere else, we will follow him. Very disappointed to the point I don’t even want the vechicle anymore, have not driven it because it makes me mad the way we were treated. I work at the teachers credit union and u can be sure I will not send anyone there More
