THE BEST EXPERIENCE! I am extremely happy I went to Lee Nissan! I've been looking for a vehicle for 2 months and I've been to several Nissan dealerships. Never have I had I am extremely happy I went to Lee Nissan! I've been looking for a vehicle for 2 months and I've been to several Nissan dealerships. Never have I had the wonderful experience I had there! I was immediately greeted by Mark Anthony whom was the best! He provided so much information on the vehicles; extremely helpful and knowlegeable! He answered all my questions. I need to add that even my kids enjoyed his charisma! Like what!? My kids are 11&13, they hate car shopping! Lol. He stayed with us throughout the whole process despite the fact that they were already closed. He took the time to show me the maintenance area and what to do when I bring my vehicle in (they never showed me that when I bought my first Nissan) he even contacted me the next day to see if I had any questions or concerns. When we told him we were looking at several dealerships, he was respectful and said that he hoped we would choose Nissan & he would do whatever he could to help us. In the end, we went with the Nissan Rouge (which Trevor gave us a great deal on) because of the reputation & reliability of Nissan products, as well as the great customer service we experienced. We've had some horrible experiences with buying cars, and this was a pleasant change. We would definitely recommend Lee Nissan to everyone. More

After two or three days of searching for a good car from different dealership I went to Lee Nissan as my last stop and as soon I got there I was greeted by Mark Anthony and very friendly he showed me around what they have in the inventory that will match my needs. I have to say we found a match! Got myself a Mitsubishi Lancer 2015 very clean and low millage. The process was very easy and pleasant. The staff are there to listen the customer and are very knowledgeable in the subject. They work with your bank of preference and give you the best deal out of it. Also, Joel Rainer did a great job as well giving the necessary information in order to make good decision in the finance department. Overall, great staff and great selection of cars to choose! they take care of you and definitely I recommend Lee Nissan to anyone who is looking for reliable ride with an affordable price! After moving cross country and having a baby, we decided we needed something bigger that felt more durable. I had originally contacted Nissan hoping to get some numbers on a truck. I made it very clear that I didn't want to feel pressured into buying something. We were just wanting to run numbers. Josh Carte contacted me and immediately offered to run rough numbers without me even needing to come into the dealership. We ended up going in anyways just to look at vehicles in person that day. Josh was very professional from start to finish. He was patient and went over many options with us. When we said we wanted to look at other dealerships for different car options, he didn't even flinch. To him, it wasn't about making the sale, it was about our family leaving happy. Ultimately, we decided to stay with Lee Nissan for obvious reasons. Josh really made it an easy decision. A truck wasn't in the stars for us at the time, but my husband fell in love with a Nissan Rogue with a lower price tag and even more features perfect for our family. Josh handed us over to Joel Rainer for financing who gave us expert financial advice and was very aware of how price sensitive we were when it came to payments. He looked over our old paperwork from our previous dealership in Colorado and managed to find us around $3,000 we could get back from them that we would have never known about. He talked about how the owner of the dealership really wants them to educate their buyers on these things which is awesome because, again, we wouldn't have known about the money we were owed at all! When it came to picking protection packages, Joel didn't push anything unnecessary on us. He helped us choose protection that worked for our budget. Overall the dealership was clean and pleasant to be in. There were vending machines, but also free snacks and drinks openly available and offered. I was impressed with the cleanliness and smiles all around. There were a lot of people coming in and out which is a good sign. I'll definitely be back for my next car buying experience and have already started recommending the dealership to my friends that are thinking about buying. More
