Making it right I wanted a nissan maxima or altima since I was in high school .I did my research and went to the nissan dealership in FWB Fl. From the time I pulled i I wanted a nissan maxima or altima since I was in high school .I did my research and went to the nissan dealership in FWB Fl. From the time I pulled into the dealership I was greeted at the door by a very nice sales associate Trevor,he answered all my questions and was very patient. I finally bought my first 2013 altima. 2 1/2 months later it ended up in the shop with an estimated $1000.in repairs . I was clearly upset about the situation as well as the sales and service associates . Later Courtney (sales manager) called me and set me up with Brian in sales. . They took my altima back for the amount I owed the bank plus an additional amount to go towards a new altima to keep my payments where i can afford them, with all the rebates and discounts that they went out if their way to give me. I Now have a 2017 altima for just a little more than the 2013. This dealership treats you like family, from the time to walk in until you leave. From sales to service. Not one associate walks by you without going out of their way to help you.Thank You Courtney, Brian, Treavor,Steven, Tim ,Tanner for helping my son buy his first sentra. AWESOME . I hate the whole car buying process, but Brian and Lee Nissan got me into the new Rogue that I wanted at very close to the monthly payment I wanted to pay. If my credit was better, it would have been spot on, but that's on me, not the dealership. I would recommend them, and in 10 year or so when I need another new car, they'll be one of my first stops. Uncertainty to a pleasure to deal with. The sales rep, (Jimbo), called the following week, (left me a message), to ask if I was still interested in the vehicle because it was still available. I called back and conveyed my frustration to him. He was very helpful, and eased me concerns, so I agreed to come in for a test drive and talk deal. I have to say, he, and the sales manager bent over backwards for me, and the deal was made. Thank you very much for your courtesy and professionalism Jimbo. More

Wonderful experience, felt like family after the great deal Car shopping is never fun, but when Matt greeted us he was inviting and open. We told him what we wanted, Matt and Jimbo were upfront from the beginn Car shopping is never fun, but when Matt greeted us he was inviting and open. We told him what we wanted, Matt and Jimbo were upfront from the beginning and met our expectations from the start. They gave us such a good offer, we felt like this was the car for my daughter. We drove others, but came back to the Hyundai Santa Fe. It was used and had some scratches on it that they took car of. We picked the detailed and clean car up a couple of days later. At the end, we felt like family. Jimbo and Matt are great assets to Lee Nissan and were never pushy. Ask for Tim Watson "The Brit" for financing, he was terrific and worked late to make sure we were taken care of. Tim offered a great deal on the maintenance package that was too good to pass up. I would certainly recommend going to Lee Nissan for your next car purchase. Ask for Matt or Jimbo and you will not leave disappointed! They work hard and work with you! Very satisfied. More
