We have heard of Lee Nissan's positive reputation from friends in the area, and now we are spreading the word. Brian coached us through the final decision phase and purchase process for this 2016 Pathfinder with professionalism that was only exceeded by his personality. We never felt pressured and Brian made this vehicle buying experience one to remember. When we decided to purchase, we were introduced to Steven Bishop, he helped guide us through the options that only come with buying from Lee Nissan, Steve made sure we understood everything and made the closing of this process excellent. Great First Purchasing Experience I bought my first car about a week and a half ago, and I am happy to say, my years of saving most definitely paid off! I bought a 2009 Sante Fe, the car was in good condition and an easy "yes". Rob Smith was a great salesman and worked with my father and me on the price and negotiations, he was friendly and professional, and altogether a nice gentleman to work with. The only con was it wasn't until the sale was finalized, that I believe Mr. Smith realized I was the one purchasing and making the decisions on the car, not my father. This created a bit of an impersonal buying experience, I had to initiate the introduction between us after he came out to greet my father on the car lot, and as discussions began concerning the purchase, Mr. Smith would refer to my father with questions instead of directly asking me and allowing me to refer to my father when needed. However, my father liked working with him, so I believe if it hadn't been for this oversight on Mr. Smiths part I would not have had the issue. Once the sale was finalized, Mr. Smith was respectful and congratulated me on my new purchase. He ensured my temporary plate was attached correctly and was kind enough to make sure I had a plate frame so that my temporary plate would be secure during my 10-hour drive home ( I live in Indiana and was on vacation). All around a good experience. On an additional note, I loved working with the gentleman in Finance, I believe it was Steven Bishop, He clarified all the paperwork and made it go smoothly and quickly, which was greatly appreciated! Definitely, would recommend this dealership! More

No Pressure We were looking for a truck to replace ours and found one here. We spoke to TJ and as it was close to closing time we told him we would come back on We were looking for a truck to replace ours and found one here. We spoke to TJ and as it was close to closing time we told him we would come back on the week-end and take it for a test drive. He said he did not mind at all staying but we decided to come back when we had more time. We came back on Saturday and saw him and while we were there we saw another truck we were also interested in test driving. We drove both trucks and liked one more than the other. TJ got us a great price on the truck and we told him we would think it over and let him know on Monday, again no pressure from him to buy that day which we really liked. We went ahead on Monday and made the deal with TJ and Lee Nissan and are extremely happy with the way we were treated. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. We also dealt with Tim Watson and enjoyed our time with him as well. He is very professional, friendly and very helpful. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to make a vehicle purchase! More

Too much waiting Overall we had a pleasant experience. Our biggest issue was all the waiting. We arrived Monday at 4:15 pm and didn't get out until 7:45. The frustrating part was much of this time we were waiting without anyone checking in to see how we were doing or giving us a status update. There was a stretch of over an hour without any employee interaction. It made us as the customer feel under appreciated. We had to return to do some final paperwork on Tuesday due to some internet issues and not being able to process the registrarion or waranty. On the way out of Tim Watson's office one of your employees was not looking where he was walking and collided with my wife, almost knocking her off her feet. While he appologized, it was very upsetting to her. More
