Competitive Pricing, Excellent Service & Salesmanship!!! My wife and I went to Lee Nissan at the end of the month looking to buy a 2017 Nissan Murano for my wife. Upon arriving, Mike Morgan offered a test dr My wife and I went to Lee Nissan at the end of the month looking to buy a 2017 Nissan Murano for my wife. Upon arriving, Mike Morgan offered a test drive of a Murano and went into detail about what was standard with each of the different trim packages. Mike and Courtney Brower gave a great price for the SL, but we decided to do more research on the Platinum package. Utilizing USAA military car buying service, we had prices from many dealerships in the area. With this information we returned to the dealership ready to haggle. Mike assured me haggling wasn't necessary because Lee Nissan beat their competitors prices and they did. Mike offered a number well under their competitors. After offering such a great price for it we were brought to finance to close. In finance, Joel Rainer elaborated about any packages and additional warranties available for purchase and closing took maybe 10 minutes at most. Before driving away in our new car, Mike was courtious enough to thoroughly familiarize us with the features of the car (walking us through connecting our phone with bluetooth and Nissan Connect, explaining adaptive cruise control functions, forward collision brake assist, etc.) Throughout the experience, there was never a time I felt pushed or pressured. The entire time in dealership was around 1.5 hours - 2 hours, and we left with a car my wife loved at great price. We will definitly be refering our friends and family to Mike Morgan for their future purchases and with such great service he can also expect me to be over there again around next December to purchase a vehicle for myself. More
