We waited a little while before going to the finance office but once we were in, the process went smoothly and very timely and again, no pressure. Joel was very knowledgeable and patient, taking time to carefully go over all of the paper work and making sure my questions were answered. More

Mr. Morgan answered all our questions in a very professional and courteous manner. The whole experience was like a home type atmosphere with no pressure. We were walked through the maintenance department to give us a heads up for future service location and then into the finance office where we met Mr. Tim Watson who took us through our paperwork. Mr. Watson explained everything and answered all of our questions. We have already recommended to some of our friends to visit the Nissan lot and see Mr. Mike Morgan for their next vehicle. Hey listen to what we were asking for and showed us a few cars when we ask him about the car online that we saw it was already sold so he found a newer car with Less miles for basically the same place. After working the numbers for us we decided to get the brand new car. We met with Tim the finance guy who was very honest and helped us get through the process very quickly and even got us a lower interest rate. Both of these mean stay past closing to help us and make sure we were all taken care of. Mark Anthony was very honest and truly got us an amazing deal. This trip was well worth the 2 hour drive. More

When I arrived for my appointment, Robert Smith met me at the door with all the necessary information. The buying process was completed in a timely and smooth manner and Robert was a true professional in every way, and a true southern gentleman. After reading the questions at the end of this survey, I can not rate the sales and the finance experience together. Robert Smith was excellent. The finance person, who never told me his name, was not. He kept me waiting almost two hours when I was paying cash for the truck. He was not friendly at all and seemed to be irritated that I wanted him to do his job and finish the paperwork. The dealership was not busy on that day and he had no other customers waiting. No excuse! More
