He made our experience with a car dealership very positive and I can't say that about all dealerships . He made sure we got what we wanted, introduced us to the service department and of course the finance manager. Our past experience with the finance manager has not been great . The finance manager, Tim was awesome also. TJ and Tim were very knowledgeable about everything. Good man, salesman, Jimbo Pulliam Wife came in about 2+yrs ago wanting new car, a salesman named Jimbo Pulliam came to help her. She proceeded to tell him what she wanted, he looked on Wife came in about 2+yrs ago wanting new car, a salesman named Jimbo Pulliam came to help her. She proceeded to tell him what she wanted, he looked on his computer and told her he had one coming in next day with only 17,000 miles. To make long story short we bought it, paid cash, never had any pressure sales job applied to us. Fast forward to last Wednesday or so I had decided I needed a new car, so off we went to Lee Nissan and asked for Jimbo, we looked at a few SUV's and Jimbo went to his computer looked each one up, not once trying to sell us most expensive!! We told told him which one we wanted and since we were going to pay cash what was the best offer, again make long story short, he came back and told us and we bought it!! I like his style of letting you look and telling him what you want, not him telling you what he would like you to buy!!! I'll get Jimbo again when ready to buy again!! But it seems like there should be a quicker way to get everything done if paying cash, I can see it taking a while if you finance, the buying didn't take long but paperwork took another hour to two hours. Sales manager tried to sell me another $6000 package that had extended warranties and stuff to prevent stains but I never buy that stuff, usually buy another vechicle first, telling him that didn't stop him from going through every package which took another 45 mins to a hour, must be better way!!! Then there is the detail, was told there were 5 guys working, they take the vechicle and after getting home noticed it was a terrible job, could see where they wiped hood, sides , back etc and was streaked, also windows were smudged, not cleaned well at all!! Also at gear shift the cover on it had dried food it looked like, floors and mats not vacuumed well, just a very poor job, you would think after plunking down $30,000+ dollars I could have had a fine detailed car with a full gas tank, but that wasn't the case!!! I marked a 4 star, really should be 3.5 but Jimbo made up for some. More
