I was amazed at the level of service that got me in my new car. Scott Lee contacted credit manager, Joel Rainer, who was able to get me a great finance deal on my car. I picked the make and model and he did the rest after just a few questions. Joel Rainer got in touch with my Salesman, Keith Travis, who finalized my color selection and delivered my new car to me today. It might not be a big deal for some that their salesman delivered their car but it was a big deal to me....I am in Mobile,AL and the dealership is in Fort Walton Beach FL. Keith Travis traveled to Mobile, AL with my new car, papers for me to sign, and went over all of the details of the vehicle. Used to new I originally went to Lee Nissan to look at a used car I had almost fallen in love with. However, when I showed up my hopes of leaving with a car were I originally went to Lee Nissan to look at a used car I had almost fallen in love with. However, when I showed up my hopes of leaving with a car were dashed because it was not on the lot, and I was on the verge of leaving heartbroken and angry. Jose just wanted to make up for the mistake, especially because we drove 2 hours to look at the car. He also held his calm, having to deal with an upset, aggrevated monther-daughter duo, and with a lot of running back and forth, worked on a great deal for me to get a new car. I was so happy to take a car home, and it's has been amazing so far!!! I am now a proud owner of a brand new 2017 showroom Nissan Altima in blue, named Pearl!!!
