He offered us his card, took our number, and said if nothing else on the lot strikes our interest, he would love for us to come back and test drive the RIo after it was done. However, we did take note of the Black Nissan Sentra. Before we had left and said our goodbyes, he noticed that I had looked at the sentra and asked if I would like to test drive it. Gleefully I said yes. It was a great choice, it drove nicely, was comfortable, and while we were on the road Mr. Pulliam told me about the vehicle, and made small talk about various subjects to keep the conversation flowing. Which leads me to this point, the customer service was great, Junior was a fantastic help getting us financed, Mr. Pulliam was with us every step of the way making sure we were taken care of, kept conversation with us so we weren't just sitting around waiting and twiddling our thumbs, and even the financing specialist (Timothy I believe?) from the main Lee Nissan office was wonderful to work with. All in all, the customer service at this establishment is absolutely wonderful, they make you feel at home and that your part of their family, and are about getting you the vehicle you want, in a convenient and friendly manner. I would absolutely recommend any customer who is in need of a vehicle to go see these guys and gals before heading to any other dealer around town. More

Easy purchase, no haggling! Keith was so easy to work with. No pressure and no haggling over the price.
