Worth the drive I initially contacted the dealership because I was in the very initial stages of thinking of replacing my car. A few days later I was in an accident, I initially contacted the dealership because I was in the very initial stages of thinking of replacing my car. A few days later I was in an accident, and my car was totaled. From the initial contact with Ally, to the actual purchase process with Mike Morgan, I was more than pleased. I could have purchased from my local dealership and saved myself the drive. But, the service was more than worth the extra time. I was contacted regularly, questions were answered quickly, yet I never felt rushed or pushed into my decision. I tried 3 models (Murano, Rogue, Pathfinder) before choosing the Pathfinder for the 3rd row capabilities. Pricing in FWB was also better than in PC. I also shopped other brands such as Ford and Chevrolet. In the end the decision was made not only because the Pathfinder was a great choice for my family, but honestly because the service was the of any of the dealerships I was working with. Mr. Morgan even met me half-way to show me the Murano saving me the full 1 1/2 drive to FWB. I would not hesitate to recommend Lee Nissan and Mr. Morgan for his professionalism, knowledge, and patience (my purchase took 3 weeks due to insurance adjusters etc.) I look forward to my relationship with Lee Nissan over the next few years, because with a 1-Million mile warranty I can keep my new Pathfinder for a very long time!
