When Scott returned he had one of his best, Frank Benezue with him and only then introduced himself as the GM. Frank had been yanked out of a new computer system training class to assist me. We proceeded with the test drive, all while Frank was incredibly patient answering my 100 questions and showing me all the new options. Upon return, Scott had met everything on my wish list, including price, the car was ordered, they called me when the car came in two days later, Joel had all lease paperwork ready to go and off I went in my new 2016 Platinum Murano. The definition of Exemplifies is " illustrate by example" Customer Service starts at the TOP at Lee Nissan and I quickly learned it is a way of life with the entire Lee Team. More

Good experience with TJ but not with manager Everything was going fine. TJ had answered all of our questions about the Altima and was very helpful telling us about our options. When we asked him the price out the door, he said he had to talk to his manager. When his manager came back, the manager had inflated the price of the car by $500 and added some obscure fees (of course they sounded legit since they had names that sounded official) but we had done our homework before we went there and knew these were dealer's fee (since Florida law allows the dealerships to name these fees as they wish). When I asked why the price was different from what TJ had given us, he said these prices were for military (although on their website, the same car, same VIN, didn't disclose any of that). He was also charging way more to transfer the car even though he knew we had a license plate and a tag for the car. When I told the manager, I had called DMV and asked them directly about the cost, the manager was quick to say they had some other expenses related to it (nothing clear). Trust was out of the window by this time. I was ready to leave. He came back with a second ridiculous offer. At this time, I seriously thought this man doubted our math abilities. I was fed up. Besides not being honest about anything, he treated us as complete idiots. I got up and left. He chased us and he gave my husband a third offer. The next day, TJ texted us. Since TJ had been honest and helpful, I replied back to him. He asked if the third offer would be something we would consider. We thought about it for two days and counter offered. They accepted it and we bought the car. I am happy with the car but not with my experience with the manager. If I were ever to buy a car there again, I would not deal with this manager. TJ, on the other hand, was very good and straight to the point. He was especially helpful and patient explaining the car features and functions. He indeed took his time to help us. I would definitley buy another car from him - as long as we didn't get the same manager. INTEGRITY counts!!!!!!! More

Mike Morgan was contacted before we got there and he had everything ready to go from appraising our trade-in to having the information on the Pathfinder that we were interested in the minute we got there. Everything went very smooth, for buying a car, and we were very happy with the results. The car was detailed and ready to go when we were. We were introduced to the service department, the parts department and shown around the facility for the next visit to their dealership. We ordered a tow hitch and that was ordered, delivered and installed on our Pathfinder in a timely manner. Mike Morgan was very helpful with all the questions that we had in understanding the vehicle. John Sampley, service department, was very helpful with all operational questions and scheduling the tow hitch instillation. The drive to a farther Nissan dealership was worth the inconvenience. Thank you Lee Nissan! More

Rogue purchase at Lee Nissan Frank was a good match to the way we wanted to be treated. He gave lots of information without being the stereotypical high-pressure salesman. We reduced the candidates to two, and test-drove both again. Safety features were a priority, as was ease of entry and exit. Throughout, Frank was pleasant and relaxed, and pointed out the car's features. Our final decision came down to cost. The staff worked out a deal that gave us the monthly payments we wanted. Once an agreement was reached, Joel made the paperwork a much faster and more pleasant process than we had experienced elsewhere. More
