Great Customer Service I Leased a 2016 Rogue from Lee Nissan on November 25th, 2016. We had limited time to spend at the dealer so our preliminary contact was made by phone I Leased a 2016 Rogue from Lee Nissan on November 25th, 2016. We had limited time to spend at the dealer so our preliminary contact was made by phone to our salesman Tanner. when we arrived at dealer he had two 2016 Rogues' ready for us to compare and test drive. Tanner was an expert in explaining all the bells and whistles of this new Rogue. He was prepared with 3 options for payment to view. He had all paperwork in line ready for our decision. We were offered drinks and snacks as the sales process was going on. Once our decision was made, we only waited a short time to go into the finance office. While we waited our new Rogue was detailed, our license plate was installed and optional items were installed. Tanner even came out to preset our favorite radio channels and we picked some Sirius Radio stations too. Once in the finance office Joel Rainer had all necessary paperwork ready and waiting for our signature. He explained everything we were signing, and offered us different add on post sale packages but did not pressure us to add on extras. ( we did choose a service package at a fair price). Joel was a great finance man and in the process we found out that it really is a small world as our paths have crossed. Same goes for our Salesman Tanner as He knows quite a few of our friends too!. I am very happy with my new lease and will go back to Lee Nissan and will gladly tell anyone looking for a new vehicle to give Lee Nissan a try!!! More
