Capelotti Dual Purchase We started our search here. We were on the backlot just looking at Rogues. Michael came up and asked if he could help us and was very upfront about We started our search here. We were on the backlot just looking at Rogues. Michael came up and asked if he could help us and was very upfront about everything. He "hooked" me quickly with the Million Mile Warranty. We then drove a couple vehicles and helped us decide between the two but did not pressure us. I then saw the Titan HD and became curious. He took me out on it and then assisted me with working through the details along with the manager Courtney. It ended up as a trip to buy a second vehicle for my wifes daily commute turned into buying a new Murano Platinum and the Titan HD Platinum Reserve. Great part is, we didnt feel like they rushed us to decision and was there 2 hours after closing. The met us on Sunday morning to ensure we had no additional questions and take the picture for and with us. Superb customer service from beginning (Haggling, Evaluating, Appreciation to Finance) Looking forward to the service dept meeting these same standards. Thank you Michael, Joel and Mr Lee! More
