Our experience was great the moment Jose Cruz greeted us. Jose, was very helpful in our decision. We came to look at the Murano SL. Jose brought out the SL and the Platinum edition and we got a tour of both Jose, was very helpful in our decision. We came to look at the Murano SL. Jose brought out the SL and the Platinum edition and we got a tour of both vehicles. He was very patient and explained things two and three times if needed. We both are seniors and have never had a vehicle with so many options. We finally decided on the Platinum, and Jose was on the ball regarding clean up, introduction to service dept and loan dept.
