The receptionist was nice and found a great sales professional (Keith) who took his time, answered all my questions honestly and never made me feel pressured in the process. I ended up purchasing the truck that day. It was missing the floor mats and Keith hand delivered and installed them a couple of days later. Been through that several times here in Pensacola. I drove from Pensacola to Ft. Walton and was very pleasantly surprised at the positive experience I walked away with. I didn't experience the games I've had at other dealerships. I got a fair price on my trade and my new vehicle. Mike Morgan, my sales rep was great to work with and he went way above and beyond. He drove all the way to Pensacola that night with something that had been forgotten at the dealership that day. The finance person, Junior" was straight up with me and easy to work with.. I know I was on the defensive (who ever likes this process!) but they were great at putting me at ease. The people I interacted with were down to earth and friendly. All I wanted was a fair transaction and to be treated with respect with this process. Believe it or not in this day and age can be hard to find when you're a woman trying to buying a car...and it shouldn't! Lee Nissan has gained a new customer. My son will need a vehicle soon and I will be back. It's worth the drive! More
