Mr. Keith Travis was a Godsend!! I just moved to Florida from Missouri on Sat 11/21, and needed to sell a car quickly (my daughter's car-she lives here in FWB & I bought her a new one in MO and brought it w from Missouri on Sat 11/21, and needed to sell a car quickly (my daughter's car-she lives here in FWB & I bought her a new one in MO and brought it with me.) I initially went to the original manufacturer dealership (who did all the service on my daughter's car), thinking they would treat me right as a long time existing customer. Boy was I wrong. It was a very cold and impersonal experience, so I left extremely disappointed. I then went down the road to Lee Nissan and met Mr. Travis. Talk about a 180! I immediately felt welcome. Mr. Travis took his time, walked me through the KBB process step by step, and even took interest in getting to know me on a personal level. I felt respected, even if things didn't work out...but they did! I received a very fair no-hassle price for my vehicle, and Mr. Travis made sure everything (every form, every signature line, next steps, and more) was explained in layman's terms, and that I understood every step along the way. It could not have been more personal, professional, and caring. By the time we finished up the process the following day and completed the sale, I honestly felt like family. I've worked in the service industry over 30 years, and it is a welcome change to have an experience on the customer side where things not only go as you hoped, but far beyond expectations.
