Pre owned Truck Sale Mark Ellis and Joel were great in helping us find a truck for our son. Integrity My salesman, Jason Marvel took several minutes to bring the car I was interested in around for a test drive. Turns out, the battery was dead and he ha My salesman, Jason Marvel took several minutes to bring the car I was interested in around for a test drive. Turns out, the battery was dead and he had to jump it. I took it for a ride, we negotiated an offer, and I bought the car the same day. I took delivery of the car a few days later and Jason said if I had any problems with the battery to let him know and he’d replace it. Sure enough, the next morning, the battery was dead. Took it straight to Advanced Auto , they tested it, it failed, and I paid for a replacement. Contacted Jason and within a couple days I had a check to reimburse me for the battery. That’s integrity. Definitely recommend. More
