I've never seen a dealership less interested in selling a car! I'd give it zero stars if I could. My wife and I visited the dealership early on a Saturday morning (shortly after the dealership opened so as to avoid any crowds) to look at a Honda Civic. Website indicated that they had 4 in stock that we were generally interested in, but we knew we would likely have to order to get the car we wanted (we wanted a manual transmission). We flagged down a salesman (who never gave us his name) who reluctantly talked to us . He initially said they had nothing we could look at, but eventually located two Civics that were sold but that had not yet been delivered that we could look at the exterior of. When we mentioned the possibility of ordering a car, salesman's only response was "we don't sell at list, we'll charge a $2,500 premium over sticker". He never went on to ask what we were interested in or to discuss the possibility of placing an order. We never mentioned price at all just that we are interested in a Civic with a manual transmission and the possibility of ordering a car. The salesman then wonder off 10 yards or so (smoking his cigeratte the whole time) while my wife and I looked at the two Civic's we were allowed to look at. No attempt to show us anything else that was in stock, to give us any information about the Civic (beyond the "we only sale at a premium" line) or to see if there was a different model that we might be interested in - really no attempt to help us or to make a sale at all. After the way we were treated I've got say we're no longer interested in a Honda and even if we were, we'd certainly never buy it from Lee's Summit Honda. More

The mechanic work they did is very good the car runs great, but they damaged my car and never told me. I discovered this two day's later. They ran over parking blocks with my front end. Gouged my spoiler / front bumper and ruined the paint. The shop foreman would not even contact me, or call me back. He communicated through a service writer named Arron Rose. They offered to pay half the damages. I said you did 100 percent of the damage you should pay all of it. They did not. Lee's Summit Honda has a bunch of liars working there. Paul Burnett More

Used Car Market is crazy right now. We were looking for a car for our 16yo. Found a CRV on the website and made an appointment. Chuck Hanson was our sales person. We took it to our mechanic and the car was in outstanding condition. Chuck answered all our questions and made the price negotiation easy. When we arrived to pick up the car he showed my daughter all the features how to situate her seats, mirror, where the lights and wipers were. Showed her how to check the oil. Basically did a thorough job for this first time car buyer. This is our first Honda, but based on how we were treated, Honda will be in the mix for us again when we buy a car. And we will go back and ask for Chuck. Thanks for the good car buying experience. More

From sales to financing, the entire process was a hassle with terrible communication. Long story short I was sent home with a different car (same model different features). It took forever to get the car sw with terrible communication. Long story short I was sent home with a different car (same model different features). It took forever to get the car switched out and at one point they just stopped responding to my emails. Financing blew through paperwork and the whole thing felt slimy and dishonest. There are so many Honda dealerships in the KC area- just save yourself some time and headache and shop elsewhere! More

Took my 2018 Odyssey to their service department to fix an issue. They threw parts at the problem but were unable to fix the issue. They charged me $850 and told me to bug-off without fixing the issue. If an issue. They threw parts at the problem but were unable to fix the issue.
