When I arrived at Lehigh Valley Honda, I found everyone to be pleasant and helpful. Mark Wayne was very knowledgable about the Odyssey and was very thorough about pointing out all of it's special feature to be pleasant and helpful. Mark Wayne was very knowledgable about the Odyssey and was very thorough about pointing out all of it's special features. He was patient , pleasant and wasn't forceful in trying to hurry my decision. He and Rich Haddad worked with me until be were able to come to a mutual decision about the price. When we picked up the new van, Mark spent a long time teaching us about all the amazing features. He also assured us that he would be available anytime we had additional questions or problems. I was extremely pleased with the excellant level of service. More

I hit a terrible pothole and needed one new tire and got two new tires to make them even and safer of course. I called Bill Nixon and he took me the day after I called which I was hoping would happen but wa two new tires to make them even and safer of course. He also really went to bat and found the two tires I needed even though it appeared as if they were not in stock initially. Bill Nixon is always very pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The 5's above are for Richard Mello and a gentleman in the Finance Dept. Any concerns we had during and after our transaction were addressed by our salesperson , Rich Mello. Rich and others were very polite and worked toward satisfying our car buying needs. One suggestion for the Internet Dept..... If an appointment is made, your personnel should make sure to honor the time given. We arrived at the time given by LVH and stood in the showroom for almost 15 minutes. If Rich had not approached us offering his help, we were ready to leave the dealership. The appointment for a test drive was with the sales manager as per the caller from the Internet Sales Dept. That person never showed so we worked with Rich. Some may say that this first impression was not very positive but we appreciated that Rich stepped in. More

I felt the explanation for the cost & service was lacking. The broken cable problem should have been able to be fixed much more cost effectively than I was charged for.
