On the night of October 3rd, I stopped into LHVH to have my vehicle appraised and test drive the 2012 Honda Civic. I asked for my previous sales person Maggie Martino who came right down to greet me and as my vehicle appraised and test drive the 2012 Honda Civic. She gave me the keys to a 2012 Civic EX sedan and we went out into the night to see what I thought. Despite what some critics have said, I was impressed with the Civic. Maggie and Jennifer worked out a deal for me that was acceptable but I felt I needed to sleep on it. Maggie made an appointment for me to come in on October 5th @10AM. I decided I didn't like the colors available on the sedans LHVH had in stock. I remembered there being a 2012 Taffeta White Civic EX Cpe on the lot and sent an email to Elizabeth Huddle to pass on to Jennifer Hilbert stating I was interested in the Taffeta White coupe and that if Jennifer could make it happen, I would be in that day to purchase the vehicle. Jennifer got back to me via phone to inform me that the above mentioned coupe was actually a demo that was being used by one of the salesmen and it had 521 miles on it. She kindly asked if that was ok with me and I said yes. I arrived at the dealership and was greeted by Jennifer Hilbert who handed me over to the trusted hands of Kyle Thorpe who took the reigns and guided me through the buying process. Kyle Huddle in the finance department had the forthought to send my credit application to the bank I had my current loan with first and he managed to get me a lower interest rate. Thanks to all the great people @ LHVH. I love "Gloria", she is my Tafetta White Disco Coupe. More

I was pleased with the people. They were all very personable. My problem was that I had an appointment for 9:00 a.m. I was told 2 hours, but every time they said they found something else it seemed t personable.
