Charge for repair to high I had a starter replaced and it cost over $700 with a 10% discount applied. Not much I could do since my car wouldn't start and was towed to dealer s I had a starter replaced and it cost over $700 with a 10% discount applied. Not much I could do since my car wouldn't start and was towed to dealer service. The customer service of taking care of my repair in a timely fashion was fine. Repair completed same day. But pricing was outrages. If I had known I would have had it done at local garage. Also, labor was charged for 3+ hours, but actually completed via call in 2 hours. I asked do I get a reduction in labor cost and was told NO its a flat rate . Just doesn't seem fair when you are paying a premium labor rate at dealership. If I had time to shop around I could have saved on part also. More

This is for your safety as well as others. You are not treated as a number you are treated as a important customer. They waiting area is great and comfortable, if you need a shuttle they provide. The time frame they give you has been true on all my cases of being there. I highly recommend LV Honda. More

Recall I took my car in for yearly inspection and the day after I got a phone call from the dealership making me aware of a recall for which I would need to I took my car in for yearly inspection and the day after I got a phone call from the dealership making me aware of a recall for which I would need to make another service appointment. They made my appointment on a day convenient to my schedule and my car was fixed about 2 weeks before the recall notice even came to me in the mail! Excellent customer service. More

7500 mile maintenance Very polite employees. Love the shuttle service too. That way I can get a chore done and not just sit in the dealership while car is being serviced. Very polite employees. Moved to tennessee and still have it serviced here I moved to Tennessee last October and come back to the valley twice a year. I make sure I have my hybrid serviced. Trevor always informs me of anything major that comes up with my car. He even detected my 4 tires were in bad shape on the inside, which I never would have known. It could have been a bad 600 mile drive back to Tennessee. Also they always wash my car when it is in for service. More
