I was disappointed with the customer service. I stood by the counter for at least 10 minutes while staff walked right by me and 2 employees sat behind a desk ignoring me. Although I had an appoin I stood by the counter for at least 10 minutes while staff walked right by me and 2 employees sat behind a desk ignoring me. Although I had an appointment for a factory recall issue, when I arrived I was told it would be a 3 hour wait. There is obviously a poor process in place for scheduling appointments. My time is important too. I will probably not return to this location for service. The waiting area was very nice with beverages & snacks available for your wait. Bathrooms were clean. I did get tired of watching the same weather report over & over. Another channel might be better to help pass the time. More
