A mistake made by their service department (Express Oil Change, Tire Rotation, and Multi Point Inspection) caused an incredibly dangerous driving situation. My 2 year old Palisade had a warranty issue that Change, Tire Rotation, and Multi Point Inspection) caused an incredibly dangerous driving situation. My 2 year old Palisade had a warranty issue that wore out front tires irregularly and it was noticed after they were rotated to the back and driving in the rain, causing the car to be very unstable. The warranty issue was corrected (viscous coupler), but they fought me about replacing the tires. It was clear to me they rotated bad tires onto the back of my vehicle and their explanation that the rear alignment wore the tires made no sense because those tires were just rotated from the front. Furthermore, the multi point inspection and receipt for oil change and tire rotation I received made no mention of any improper tire wear or concern. When I reached out to management to express my concern in an attempt to regain trust in their services. I explained what happened and showed them the clear report I received, and I was met with contempt and empty statements. A clear sign that there would be no change to how they operate or mitigation effort to prevent this from happening to someone again. Alex the service manager did replace the tires which I appreciate, but from now on I will be having the vehicle serviced somewhere I can trust to keep my vehicle in proper order and me and my family safe. More

DANTE NEVER DISAPPOINTS ME! He knows how my car is and got right to the issue. Dante used to be at Honda and he knows I was a little hurt when he left but once I found out that He knows how my car is and got right to the issue.
