Sante Fe Issue I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I took my used 2016 Santa Fe to be evaluated for an odd sound I thought I was I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience at Lehigh Valley Hyundai. I took my used 2016 Santa Fe to be evaluated for an odd sound I thought I was hearing from the transmission; so as to take advantage of the extended warranty should there be an issue. The service rep, Tom Muldoon, was very patient, knowledgeable and courteous in setting up my service visit; and was most helpful in arranging for a Lyft driver to take me to and from my home and back to the dealership at no charge to me. More

So I am disappointed with their service dept. or who ever does their vehicle prep that this residue was not removed, a small detail however what will they miss if I bring the vehicle to them for service?
