I’ve been a loyal customer since I purchased my vehicle in 2011….that loyalty has ended. Overcharging for simple services such as $65 oil change, $32 to change a bulb. Took 4 days to get call back with labor estimate. Car towed on 7/26. Did not get car back until 8/23 and now must be inconvenienced even more by doing 2000 mile oil consumption test.
