Thorough! Took 2009 Hyundai Sonata in for some minor routine maintenance and detailing. It's got over 120,000 miles and runs like a champ! While the maintenance crew had the car, they thoroughly inspected it to make sure all systems were functioning as they should. Some minor issues were pointed out, with additional services recommended, but I appreciated that there were no high pressure to do any of the work. Some of the suggested services I gave the go ahead to do right away and some I delayed to another time - and no judgment! The service manager, Mike, was a pleasure to deal with. My car looks great and runs even better. More

DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE TO THE SERVICE CENTER I brought my car here to get fixed because of my engine light being on and problems with getting gas. They fixed all these random things except for wh I brought my car here to get fixed because of my engine light being on and problems with getting gas. They fixed all these random things except for what I actually came there for. I spent over $400, told me they fixed the problems and they did not, my engine light came on that night again and same issues happened with getting gas. Brought my car back 4 days later and had to spend another $300 to fix the original problem. They did not care about my concerns and basically blamed me to make themselves look good. Do not ever go here unless you want to be ripped off! More

Outstanding Customer Service When you purchase a new car from a dealership, you expect good service after the sale. But, you have very low expectations when you bring in an aging When you purchase a new car from a dealership, you expect good service after the sale. But, you have very low expectations when you bring in an aging vehicle purchased used from a competing dealership. That's just what I did. In 2010, I purchased a 3-door 2004 Hyundai Accent intending for it to be a temporary car until I figured out what I really wanted. However, I soon fell in love with the little car and here it is 2016 and I am still in love with my little Betsy (yes, I name my cars). And I have come to actually look forward to our annual visits to Lehigh Valley Hyundai. Every member of the staff is professional and courteous. Betsy is quickly becoming a senior citizen just like me. Lehigh Valley Hyundai takes very good care of me and Betsy; taking time to fully explain to me what is ailing her. She is running as well today as when I bought her. I'm sure we both have many years left in us. And we will continue to return to Lehigh Valley Hyundai for service. More
