Ray Suncar discussed video games with me along with VR while we waited for financing/detailing of the vehicle we did purchase. He was cool about everything. He walked me through what I need to do to get the vehicle I want. And shared life stories with us. He was the genuine Ray Suncar. There was no phony personality - he was himself. They offered us drinks and snacks throughout the day and provided oil changes (which I LOVE to have done). Ramon R. - sales manager would josh with Ray and they goofed off a bit but it was all in great fun. Make both my Mom and I smile and laugh through the whole process.
