I'm disappointed with this dealership when it comes to customer satisfaction. For someone who takes a lot of pride in their vehicle and spends the money maintaining it, and driving out of my way to come h customer satisfaction. I don't know who the driver was or what drivers that left Johnson uses to bring people their cars, but a driver stole our car and didn't deliver it for 3 hours. I didn't really deal with Matthew Cavaness as far as I know. My salesman Henry did a great job in terms of getting the truck ready and answering my questions; the only issue was that the car wasn't ready know. But I was happy for the tradeoff as the service department did a complete brake job and multiple checks (warranty/recalls) to get the truck in perfect shape before picking it up. More
