Incompetent and disrespectful Worst service ever! We purchased our 2017 Jeep Cherokee brand new off of their lot. Less than 6 months later the blower motor needed to be replaced an Worst service ever! We purchased our 2017 Jeep Cherokee brand new off of their lot. Less than 6 months later the blower motor needed to be replaced and the transmission serviced; our blower motor ended up having to be replaced 5 times less than a year after purchasing the vehicle. The service department is ridiculous and just plain incompetent, they even refused to service the issue ever again because we complained. The service manager is the most disrespectful of them all and even admitted that they cannot service the vehicle to our needs, we just needed our HVAC in or NEW Jeep to work! Don't EVER buy a car off of their lot! They will claim there's no real issue and then treat you like garbage when you demand an explanation! Terrible service! Buyer beware! More

they are not professionals they could not fix a jeep I do not recommend this place they charged me almost $ 1400.00 for an air leak that turned on the check engine light and they could not fix it, We ha I do not recommend this place they charged me almost $ 1400.00 for an air leak that turned on the check engine light and they could not fix it, We had to take the car eight times for the same problem and they have not fixed the light is still on and they told us that they would not return the money we paid in other words they stolen the money. This is the car that my son uses to go to college and he lost his money. More
