The most crooked dealer I have ever experienced I took my car to the Leith Jeep Chrysler dealer on Capital Blvd. on Friday May 12, 2017 for the analysis and repair of the cause of the check engine I took my car to the Leith Jeep Chrysler dealer on Capital Blvd. on Friday May 12, 2017 for the analysis and repair of the cause of the check engine light being on. I dropped off my car at the dealership around 9:00 am because the check engine light came on and the car would shut off on its own. At around 3 pm same day the service manager Jay Peters called and said it was the Crank Sensor needing replacement and based on the cost he quoted ($270 parts & Labor) I approved the repair. He called 1 hour later and said that the bad sensor has caused damage to one coil and that he will contact me when they figure which one. I did not hear anything else rest of that day. The next day I call to find out Jay peters and the mechanic that worked on my car are both off duty and my car needs to be kept at the dealer over the weekend and on Monday. After complaining that I have to go to work on Monday another manager offers a loaner vehicle so I go and pick one up. On Monday I leave two messages for Jay Peters and one for his manager Bill Lewis. I get no returned calls from either one. Tuesday mid-day Jay Peters finally calls and says my car needs a new computer (quotes $1000 for the part and around $500 for labor) and no mention of the coil issue or anything else. So already having trust issues, I ask him to put my car together the way it was and I will pick it up. Wednesday morning I pick up my car and notice my stereo is not working. I take it back to the shop and Jay Peters acting all surprised takes the car back into the shop. One hour later the car is brought out and my keys are returned so I get in and the stereo is still not working. When I approach Jay Peters again he claims that the Radio has been the cause of all the issues I been having and that since it is not an original equipment and after-market stereo (Kenwood) they don't take responsibility for its damage. I speak to the manager Bill Lewis and he takes the same position so I leave with my car. I have been driving my car without the suggested computer repair ($1500 estimate) for a week now with absolutely no problems. I believe the dealership is responsible to refund me for the cost of my stereo ($200) plus installation ($50) as my unit worked when I took the car in. More

On Friday May 12, 2017 I dropped off my car to be diagnosed and fixed as it would shut down and check engine light was on. Friday afternoon the service manager Jay Peters calls me and says the crank sensor is bad and causing the problem. He says it will cost $270 so I am excited and ask him to fix it. In a couple of hours after that he calls back and says the mechanic thinks as a result of the sensor failure coils may have been damaged so they are looking into that. Its already late Friday so I assume they will keep the car overnight and I am fine with that. Saturdaty I don't hear anything so at 12 pm I call to find out my car is hooked to cables in the shop and neither my mechanic no Jay Peters work on Saturday! So without knowing they have planned to keep the car on Monday too. After complaining one of the managers agrees to provide me a loaner. Monday comes, I call Jay Peters twice and do not receive a call back. I even call the service department manager Bill Lewis and leave a message for him but no return call. Tuesday comes, Mr. Jay Peters finally calls me with absolutely no concern about how they have treated this whole situation, tells me that my car computer is bad and will cost near $1500. At this point I ask him to put my car back together and I will go pick it up. Wednesday morning I go to pick up the car. When I drive the car out I realize my stereo is not functioning! I go back so Jay Peters takes my key and the car goes back in the shop. After 30 or so minutes he comes back and the car is back. I go in the car and the stereo still not functioning! When I complain, Jay Peters claims that my radio is after market and has cause all of these problems and being after market its not their fault it's broken! I go in with a working stereo and come out with a non working stereo, OEM or Kenwood, isn't the dealership's responsibility to make good on this?! Absolutely furious! I will file a small claim agains this dealer. Bill Lewis, the service department manager had the same attitude and response! Shame on you all! More
Quick and Easy!!! This is the second Jeep we have purchased from Julie and the Leith family. I was able to call Julie and tell her exactly what I wanted, we traded a few calls on Wednesday and Thursday, I met them early on Friday and walked out the door before 10:00am with a brand new fully-loaded 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4x4 Limited! The price bested everyone else in town and the entire staff was terrific. If you are in the market for a new vehicle... CALL JULIE or MARK! Side Note: My wife loves our new 2017 JGC and says she can't find any other vehicle in its class that can compete with the ride, technology, functions and price! More

I had talked to someone the day before and was sadly told the vehicle I wanted to look at had been sold a couple days prior. I was reassured by Coy and Sean that they had a couple similar vehicles that would meet my expectations. When I got there Sean had already pulled my perfect match from the lot and had it waiting for me by the office. They got it right on the first try and trading in my current vehicle went as smoothly as it could have gone and they even matched the appraisal I got from Carmax! The whole experience was a great one and I look forward to working with the service department and keeping my new car in tip top shape. They are even going to fix a hole that was in the drivers seat (had the part ordered right away and offered without me asking)! I will definitely be returning whenever I need a new vehicle! More
