He went out of his way to find us the car w Our experience with Andy Matthews was probably the best we have ever had with a sales associate anywhere! He went out of his way to find us the car we wanted to lease, to help us understand all of its features and to go the extra mile to teach us "old folks" all about the technology on the car. Andy was attentive, personable, and made our deal happen. We had actually planned to buy a Toyota, but Andy convinced us to go with the Honda by the sheer force of his personality and knowledge. What an incredible young man! The only fly in the ointment,( which was not Andy's fault) was the unbelievably bureaucratic and unfriendly financial office. We have a spotless and excellent credit rating, yet we were put through a ringer by the financial officer because we were leasing the car for our business. The absurd demands that were made by him were offensive and a waste of our time. Had it not been for Andy smoothing the way, we would have walked away. He stayed pleasant, positive, and professional and did everything that he could to facilitate the process. If you want a Honda, buy it from Andy Matthews. You won't regret it. He knows what he's doing and has a very pleasant and engaging personality to boot. Thanks, for everything, Andy. We will definitely be back! More

sorry customer service. Drove over an hour in the rain to buy a used car that I was told by Jim Parkin was still available. Scheduled a test drive even followed up with an email and was told no problem. Get there and guess what the vehicle was now unavailable. Jim Parkin did not even have the intestinal fortitude to come outside and tell us himself. He send the young sales rep out to let us know. This guy then proceeds to invite us to test drive a Honda Pilot, when we were coming to look at a suburban. You have to be kidding me. The this joke Jim Parkin never even returns my email voicing my displeasure with his service and the wasted time my wife and I spent driving to his dealership and then back home. More
