Josh Kennedy in finance does not know how to do paperwork properly and his supervisor cannot proofread either. Since Nov. 21, 2020 (original contract date), I have been called back to the dealership twice to properly and his supervisor cannot proofread either. Since Nov. 21, 2020 (original contract date), I have been called back to the dealership twice to re-sign (sign again) paperwork due to the lack of proofreading by the finance department. This has been the worst finance experience I have had since 1994, when I started with Leith Honda. Excuses have been plentiful this time by those finance people. I am not sure what has recently changed in the Leith Honda finance department, but it needs to get its act back together. It reflects poorly on the whole experience when you are called back two and three weeks later to correct paperwork that should have been done accurately the first time. AHFC has done each of my finance deals for 26 years, so this is nothing new for Leith Honda. If you are assigned Joshua Kennedy for your finance person, request someone else through your salesperson. More
