Daryl did a fantastic job As soon as we walked in the door, Daryl greeted us in a professional and friendly manner. When we expressed interest in a specific vehicle, he arrang As soon as we walked in the door, Daryl greeted us in a professional and friendly manner. When we expressed interest in a specific vehicle, he arranged for a test drive. He gave a great tour of the vehicle and explained many of the details about it. When we returned to the dealership, Daryl was very professional during the negotiation. Because the purchase was an enormous activity for us, we decided to think about the decision overnight. Daryl completely understood and did not attempt to delay us from leaving through any sales tactics. When we called him back the next day he continued to give us undivided attention, and we went home with the barely used vehicle. We even brought our six year old son with us on both visits (we have to be nuts, right?), and Daryl invested time with him too which went over very well with our son. Overall, this was a very good experience. More

Our experience began with Kennis, and he was wonderful. Then after the typical go-back-and-forth with the Sales manager (not sure who they were-they never show their face) for 4 HOURS, we finally had a dea Then after the typical go-back-and-forth with the Sales manager (not sure who they were-they never show their face) for 4 HOURS, we finally had a deal. Then we were sent to Tracy and things went downhill fast. Let me start by saying that my husband works in finance and is very aware of rates, car dealer gimmicks, and the bottom line. Tracy was demeaning, unfriendly, and downright rude at times. We are both educated people and he talked to us like we were stupid. Then when we refused to buy his over-priced and over-rated warranty, he quickly dropped our finance rate by almost 0.5%, which is substantial when financing a $20,000 vehicle. I immediately got the sour taste in my mouth that I’ve had before when dealing with shady car businessmen. Why can’t people be kind, honest, and respectful of others? Why don’t they treat people like they want to be treated? Our experience with Leith was significantly tainted by Tracy. Oh, and it’s clear he doesn’t like children! More
