The employees at Leith Honda like to use the phrase, “We want to earn your business!”, but don’t really bother doing anything to keep it. I do not recommend buying a vehicle here and do not intend to do business with them again. I made the mistake of purchasing a vehicle here at the end of October. The first night, we noticed some strange sounds when turning out of our neighborhood, so I decided to take it to a mechanic to get checked out as soon as I could. A couple days after purchasing it, one of the headlight bulbs died, so I set the appointment to get it replaced and have the sound checked out. Within a week of purchase, the battery also completely died on me and I also had to have that replaced. At the mechanic, they replaced the bulb, but discovered an issue with the axle and an oil leak in the cam canister. I reached out to Leith Honda that same day to discuss the options under the 30-day warranty and I recieved a text message. But no responded or reached out to me after that. I directly emailed the sales rep I had worked with instead. He called me back later that evening (a Tuesday) and he said he would talk to his manager and call me back Wednesday. He didn’t. I emailed him Friday morning to follow up and he called me during my lunch break. He stated that Leith Honda wouldn’t repair the issues with the axle or the oil leak because they didn’t make a lot of money off the sale, but they would do a trade-in. I asked what would be the value/dollar amount given for the car (since I wouldn’t accept any less than I have already paid for the car). He said he would ask someone and called me back. Asked what kind of cars I am interested in. Again, he never called back. I followed up AGAIN and asked for a written response. I asked him to outline for me in their warranty policy where it says they don’t have to cover these issues because they “didn’t make a lot of money off the sale”. Never heard anything. At this point, it’s evident to me that they have no intentions of helping resolve this. The rep keeps calling instead of emailing me back so there’s no record of the crap answers they’re giving me. I would not want to trade-in with them because I honestly don’t trust that they would even sell me a reliable car. Their sorry service and lack of responsiveness is a total joke. And their warranty means nothing to them. More

My wife was the executor of the estate and, together, we were lost as to what to do with the vehicle and the potential payments liability remaining on the lease. Visited the dealership and spoke with sales rep Mr. Chris Cortese. Chris was very helpful, even though he fully understood that there was no potential sale in this for him. He consulted with an associate, Mr. Gavin Davis, who was also very courteous and sought to solve our problem. Together, these two restored my faith in car dealerships. They were intent on getting the issue resolved even though it was time consuming on a busy day. Chris and Gavin are a real credit and asset to Leith Honda. I’m not currently in the market for a car, but will certainly make this my first stop when I am in the market. More

Excellent Dealership I took my CRV in for repair on the passenger airbag. And ended up walking out with a brand new one. He was very helpful and explained the features on the new car several times. He was not pushy or aggressive. I was very satisfied with his sales pitch. This is the first time in all my years of buying cars I have been greeted at the door by a manager! Tim Warner met me at the door and immediately set himself to making me feel welcome. Within two minutes of walking into the dealership, I knew where the restroom; snacks; beverages; and most importantly, my new truck was. My salesperson, Bo Rivera, was outside tending to a final pre-delivery inspection of my truck. He carefully noted any issues with the paint’s finish so they would be reflected on the “We Owe” document included with deal paperwork. [There minor scratches on the tailgate upon receipt. This was a dealer trade from another dealership in the area.] He also secured approval for the necessary repairs from his manager before I arrived at the store. Throughout the entire process, his focus and concern were only on my complete satisfaction. I met Chris Carver, the Business/Finance Manager assigned to handle the paperwork for my purchase, within 15 minutes of my arrival at the dealership. He made finalizing the paperwork, which everyone knows, is usually a long; painful ordeal, an absolute breeze! The only delays throughout the entire process, were caused by any questions I had. From start to finish, this was by far the smoothest, stress-free buying experience I have ever had! More
