Best Car Buying Experience Ever I've had some really good car buying experiences through the years but this was by far the best ever. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and r I've had some really good car buying experiences through the years but this was by far the best ever. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and ready to help. Not that "in your face" kind of help that can get on your nerves. They are just sitting on go, ready if you need them. Our test drive with Stanley Collins was the best I've ever had. He was very knowledgeable and helped us put the car through it's paces. My mom, who is in her 70's was the actual customer and she was quite apprehensive. Stanley was very easy with her and helped her to calm down and be comfortable. We were convinced it was a car she wanted but could we meet on the price. The Sales Manager, Jason Lambert, worked with my mom to reach a mutual agreement and she drove her new, previously owed, Toyota Camry XLE home that day. Thank you, Stanley & Jason for treating my mom so well! We will definitely be back in the future to purchase again. More

Kennis did fine as a salesperson, besides not actually caring about us. We could tell we were just another number to him that he wanted to get in and out. The only truly bad part, was when we went to sign the financing paperwork and the employee made a very sexist remark towards my girlfriend. We contemplated walking out. We noticed most/all business talk was directed at me, a man, rather than to my girlfriend. Even though we were shopping for her. But we needed the car, so we bought it. I never felt rushed or pressured during the process, he was patient with me going over the terms and conditions in detail, and provided an excellent level of communication so that I was always aware of where we were in the process. Overall it was just a friendly and pleasant experience. Also, when I went to drive the car off the lot, I noticed that there was a chip in the windshield. I brought this to the attention of the dealership and they took care of it without any issue or hassle. I bring this up to show another example of the good customer service and professionalism demonstrated by Stanley and Leith Honda.
