Leith Honda

Service Department is Mediocre at Best I took my car in for service and when the keys to my car were returned to me they were broken into two pieces. I immediately asked for the key to eith I took my car in for service and when the keys to my car were returned to me they were broken into two pieces. I immediately asked for the key to either be fixed or replaced. I was told that it couldn’t be fixed and that there was no one available to replace it. This was Thursday. I was told to come back Monday, while you were still going to be open on Friday and Saturday. My husband returned with the key on Tuesday and he was then adviced that the car needed to be there as well. That was the first time we were told that. I just came back to get the new key on Saturday, to be told that I have to wait at least an hour to have re-keyed. The level of customer service that I’ve experienced is mediocre at best. I was not at fault and was treated as such. This incident has definitely tainted our willingness to conduct business with Leith Honda of Raleigh. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I've had some really good car buying experiences through the years but this was by far the best ever. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and r I've had some really good car buying experiences through the years but this was by far the best ever. Everyone we encountered was super friendly and ready to help. Not that "in your face" kind of help that can get on your nerves. They are just sitting on go, ready if you need them. Our test drive with Stanley Collins was the best I've ever had. He was very knowledgeable and helped us put the car through it's paces. My mom, who is in her 70's was the actual customer and she was quite apprehensive. Stanley was very easy with her and helped her to calm down and be comfortable. We were convinced it was a car she wanted but could we meet on the price. The Sales Manager, Jason Lambert, worked with my mom to reach a mutual agreement and she drove her new, previously owed, Toyota Camry XLE home that day. Thank you, Stanley & Jason for treating my mom so well! We will definitely be back in the future to purchase again. More
