My experience over the years is that they push what they want to sell, not what you want. Alison is not your typical car salesperson. She first listened to what I wanted. She researched until she found one to meet my needs. It did not happen overnight. She did not hound. She did not call daily. She did not try to talk.me into a car I did not want. When she found a similar car, she emailed specifics. She emailed comparisons for me to make a judgment. She then texted and asked if it met my needs. We made an appointment for me to drive the car. Again, not immediately. She waited until I was available. No pushy phone calls. Just patience. I did buy that car. Alison made the entire experience a joy. Not a word often used in car buying. Call her. Make an appointment to meet with her. You will not regret it. More

Good Sales Experience I got a call from Maddy Zaalouk of Leith Honda about 5 or 6 weeks before my lease expired. I explained that I was interested in basically the same mod I got a call from Maddy Zaalouk of Leith Honda about 5 or 6 weeks before my lease expired. I explained that I was interested in basically the same model CR-V and that I was very happy with my previous experience with Leith, except for the amount of time that it took at the dealership. Maddy assured me that he would try his best to speed up our visit. I told him what color I was interested in and the few additional accessories I wanted. I got a call about 2 days later that the car was there for us. My wife and I went and we drove out in under 2 hours, with part of that time taken up with a freeze I had on my Experian account. I would highly recommend Maddy to anyone looking to buy or lease a Honda at Leith. More

VTC Actuator Issue My 2012 Honda CR-V developed a grinding noise within the first year of ownership. Honda finally came out with a Tech Service bulleting. I finally foun My 2012 Honda CR-V developed a grinding noise within the first year of ownership. Honda finally came out with a Tech Service bulleting. I finally found it last fall doing my own internet search. Leith Honda serviced the vehicle several times after the bulletin and the fix was released. I, of course, found it after the warranty was out. Actually, the warranty was out even before the fix was found. Honda is not standing by their problem to fix it. In addition, the Leith Honda Raleigh on Capital where I bought and have had my car service since the car was purchased had not recorded in their computer record our two discussions regarding the grinding noise. Also, I am on my fourth battery since purchasing the vehicle. No more Honda's from me. BTW, I was also asked by every service guy at Leith to rate them as a five os take ratings with a grain of salt. More

She crunched the numbers and then we thought, let's consider a NEW Pilot! She didn't miss a beat and graciously worked with us until we were ready to seal the deal. She kindly paired our phones, explained all the wonderful features of our new vehicle and a send off as if we were longtime friends.
