It was my first car buying experience, and Honda was my first stop of what I thought was going to be many because I wanted to shop around at different dealerships to find the best price. It was not at all my intention to leave the Honda dealership the same day with a car! So what does that say about my experience? Carlton is PHENOMENAL! I can’t stress this enough! Throughout the entire process he was very transparent and honest with me. He made sure I understood what was going on throughout the entire process. They didn’t have the car I wanted in their inventory, but Carlton presented me with other options I hadn’t even considered, let me test drive the car, sat down with me and did his best to meet my demands. If anything he exceeded my expectations! I was extremely nervous about buying a car, but he made me feel very comfortable, and most importantly that I could trust him. That was so important to me because this was going to be a big purchase for me. He made the experience so memorable and amazing I didn’t have any second thoughts buying the car. I wanted to leave with the car and didn’t even want to consider shopping around at any other dealership. And that’s exactly what I did. Carlton deserves all the recognition because it’s so hard to find trustworthy and knowledgeable people with your best interest at heart, and that’s the impression he left with me.
