Worst dealership ever If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to inquire about a Honda civic si and my sales person Josh started the process. After a few calls we made a If I could give 0 stars I would. I called to inquire about a Honda civic si and my sales person Josh started the process. After a few calls we made a deal. Great! So I call my bank and get all of the financing done and get an official check in the mail to leith Honda. I send a letter of guarantee with a copy of the check. Josh tells me everything is good to go and can come get the car the next day. The next day I call Josh and he is sick and did not go to work but he will set me up with another sales person to take care of me. I never received a call from my new sales person so I call up there to verify that everything is good to go and I start on my 2.5 hour trip. Halfway in my trip i get a call from someone at the dealership to tell me that I can not pick up the car because they do not accept letters of gaurantee. Great now I dont have a car to drive and I have to wait for my check to get there for me to get the car. So I make my way back home and borrow a car from someone to drive. I called the next day to see if I could just get the car delivered to me like I have done in the pass with many other cars. I was told that they do not do that and I have to make the 2.5 hour trip again to the dealership to sign in person. I have never heard of a dealership that doesn't do sight unseen purchases. I tell them that with work I will not be able to make the trip up there anytime soon and I was basically told to kick rocks and they cant do a thing for me. I told gavin that I will be calling another dealership to see if they could find me another car and that he might need to void that check when it comes in. He said he would call me when the check arrives. That was yesterday. Today I call up there and am told the car is sold to someone else.this is the worse car buying experience I have ever had and will be sure to shout it from the rooftop on every single website that I can. More

I reached out on a few local Facebook groups and SO MANY PEOPLE recommended reaching out to Alison. Not just Leith Honda, Alison herself in particular. And I am so grateful for that, and I understand entirely why so many people love and trust her with such a major purchase, because she truly made this whole process a breeze. She worked with me and did all that she could to get me in my dream car!! Even though she was sick during the week of purchase she still made it happen. Best car buying experience ever!! Needed to trade my vehicle (Ram truck) for physical reasons, wasn't really looking forward to the process, as I did not know what kind of car I wanted Needed to trade my vehicle (Ram truck) for physical reasons, wasn't really looking forward to the process, as I did not know what kind of car I wanted-just that I needed something easier for me to get in and out of. Alison was super patient while I vacillated between 4 vehicles. She was never pushy, was very empathetic and understanding. She helped me by showing me everything (really!! lol) that could fit my needs and shortness, and she understood when I got overwhelmed. At her suggestion, I went home, came back another day and (finally) picked a vehicle!She was very professional, funny, and made the entire process fun! I will definitely recommend Alison to anyone I know that is looking in the future!! If I buy another car, Alison will be my salesperson. Alison is AMAZING!!! More

She's the go to person when you need something done I just made my second purchase with Leith Cars. I want to extend a huge shout out to Alison Davis. She's the go to person when you need something done quickly and professionally. I purchased my first Honda Accord (used) from Leith Honda approx 7 years ago and it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. However, that vehicle had close to 300,000 miles on it and it was time to get another one. I told her everything I needed and wanted with this purchase and she got busy to help me make it happen. The car that she found for me was not at her location so she referred me to James McKimmon at Auto park Chrysler Jeep who was just as professional and helpful as she is. I was able to drive home yesterday in another used Honda Accord in really good condition with no money down and a car payment under $200. Yeah!!!! Thanks Alison...You rock!!! More
