I decided to take the trip out to Raleigh and found a certified pre-owned that I really liked. The sales associate Brett P went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Unfortunately, due to being within a certain price range that did not work out. However, the next day Brett called me and stated there were 3 brand new cars that hit the lot, a class up and was within our budget! He asked what color I preferred I told him and he said “I’ll put a sold sign on it” later that day I was at the dealership signing paperwork. Brett P went above and beyond to reach back out to us to ensure every avenue was exercised and it worked out better than we could have imagined!!!! More
