Great Experience at Leith We purchased a 2018 hybrid accord for my husband last week from Leith--our first ever new car. Angela Isham was our sales rep. She was amazing. SOOOO We purchased a 2018 hybrid accord for my husband last week from Leith--our first ever new car. Angela Isham was our sales rep. She was amazing. SOOOO responsive and attentive. We wanted to double check everything online from pricing to warranties to financing, so we took four days to complete our deal and left lots of messages and texts that Angela answered promptly. Leith matched best online price we found for the car, brought in from Greensboro the color we wanted, beat the warranties I found online (150,000 miles/10 years exclusionary instead of 125,000/7 years exclusionary and includes hotel payment if you're out of town when you break down), and the financing was even better than the State Employees Credit Union. Our first financing rep was not as on top of things as Angela, but in the end the financing rep we worked with was great and even threw in a few things to make up for the confusion with the previous financing rep. We are super pleased with Leith Honda. We will definitely go back when my minivan dies, and we will DEFINITELY be asking for Angela Isham! More

From the start, Sarah was f We had a great experience at Leith Honda working with Sarah Akus. Our intent was to trade in a 2009 Camry for a newer car. From the start, Sarah was fantastic to work with. She is very knowledgeable about the dealership's inventory, the different vehicles, She listened carefully to our budget and our needs. She spent time with us and answered our many questions. With her knowledge of the dealership's inventory, prices, and option packages, she was able to show us several options to consider. We had decided in advance that our first shopping trip would be a 'fact finding mission', not a buying day. Sarah was very respectful of our decision--she was not the stereotypical slick, pushy sales representative (though, we know she would have been willing to help us buy a car that day if we were ready!). We talked over a few different options, then decided to test drive a 2016 CPO Accord. The test drive allowed us to get a feel for the car, and gave us the chance to ask more questions. Sarah continued to do a wonderful job answering every question we had. We walked away from that meeting feeling confident we had good information in our hands. We visited a different dealership the next day to test drive a different car. After gathering more facts, we took time to consider our options. Sarah contacted us once to ask where we were in our process, and offered her help should we decide to purchase the Honda. The following day, we had decided to purchase the Honda. We made an appointment with Sarah. Once we arrived, she was ready to get to work right away. We were able to negotiate a fair deal for our trade in, as well as a very reasonable price and financing options for the car. Sarah walked us through the first round of paper work. She was very clear to explain each part of the process (something I asked for). Next we worked with Derek, the finance manager. He was very knowledgeable and willing to answer our questions. He was also quick and efficient. Once we were done with the paper work, the car was ready for us--freshly detailed, ready to drive off the lot. Sarah made sure we had turned in everything related to the old car, and offered to help us set up the bluetooth in the new car (we declined simply because it was late and we needed to eat lunch!!). We were all set to go, and that was it. Overall we had a great experience with everyone we interacted with at Leith Honda. I highly recommend Sarah as professional, reliable, and trustworthy. More
